Each Vasocontrol 5/12.5 mg Plus Tablet contains:

Nebivolol / Hydrochlorothiazide...................................................... 5/12.5 mg.

Each Vasocontrol 5/25 mg Plus Tablet contains:

Nebivolol / Hydrochlorothiazide...................................................... 5/25 mg.

Therapeutic Indications:

• Vasocontrol Plus is indicated as replacement Therapy in patients with essential hypertension who are already receiving Nebivolol and Hydrochlorothiazide as separate tablets at the same dose level.

Packaging:

Vasocontrol 5/12.5 mg Plus Tablet: Box containing 3 blisters of 10 tablets each.

Vasocontrol 5/25 mg Plus Tablet: Box containing 3 blisters of 10 tablets each.
